The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) program at Kristus Aman, as a permanent Atrium has been established for its teachings. This dedicated space provides an environment conducive to the spiritual formation of young children, allowing them to encounter God through hands-on, Montessori-based learning experiences.
Enrolment & Sessions:
The Saturday session for 3–4-year-olds runs from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and has seven children enrolled.
The session for 5–6-year-olds follows immediately after, from 11:30 AM onwards.
With the Atrium now permanently in place, the CGS program is expected to flourish, providing young children with a strong foundation in faith through scripture, liturgy, and prayer. The specially prepared environment and child-centered approach continue to engage children in a meaningful and age-appropriate way.
This year’s focus will be on deepening the children’s relationship with God, fostering a love for Jesus the Good Shepherd, and guiding them in quiet reflection and hands-on learning. With growing interest in CGS, we anticipate further expansion in the years to come.
