Liturgical Ministry refers to the various roles and functions performed by members of a church or religious organization during worship services and other liturgical celebrations. In the Catholic context, Liturgical Ministry includes a wide range of activities such as serving as lectors, altar servers, Eucharistic ministers, cantors, choir members, and ushers. These individuals work together to help facilitate a meaningful and prayerful worship experience for the congregation. The goal of Liturgical Ministry is to help create a sacred and reverent environment in which the faithful can encounter God through the liturgy. Overall, Liturgical Ministry is an essential component of Catholic worship and plays a vital role in the spiritual life of the Catholic community.
