Formation

Formation refers to the educational programs and activities offered by a church or religious organization to help individuals deepen their understanding of their faith and grow in their relationship with God. In the Catholic context, Formation often includes classes, workshops, retreats, and other activities designed to help participants learn about Catholic teachings, develop their spirituality, and put their faith into practice. The goal of the Formation Team is to provide individuals with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to live out their faith in their daily lives and to become active and engaged members of their faith community. Overall, Formation is an essential component of any church or religious organization and plays a vital role in helping individuals grow in their faith and become more involved in the life of their religious community.
